Roman is an experienced M&A and transformation professional with over 30 years of track record across mergers & acquisitions, strategy consulting, restructuring, operations, and go-to-market, including greenfield development and startups. He has held senior roles and advised companies such as NCR, Teradata, AT&T, SmartStream Technologies, Princeton Financial Systems, and State Street Corporation, among other international groups across technology and financial services. He is the founder of Harrocon, an M&A and advisory firm consolidating his cross-functional expertise into a specialized transaction and value-creation platform. Roman holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and completed postgraduate studies in Strategic Marketing at Cranfield University.

At Label Ventures, he supports deal execution and portfolio value creation, contributing M&A structuring, commercial strategy, and restructuring expertise to accelerate growth, optimize performance, and support exit readiness.
