Massimo Agostinelli is the founder of Think 1st Principles (T1P), a single family office focused on Muskonomy. He serves as strategic advisor to Rhône Group in New York. Agostinelli is also a partner and advisory board member at MCM Capital (UAE) and Arctos Capital (Switzerland).

Additionally he actively supports institutions such as the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA) and is a member of the Global Council Community for the Nolder Residency of the Institute Museum of Ghana.
